A couple "How do I" questions. Please help

Hey guys. Thanks in advance I have the following questions

1) How do I create a foxhole?
2) What texture do I use for a foxhole?
3) How do I make it snow?
4) How do I get the sand bag model like the one on avalanche that has a curve to it
5) How can I create different spawn times for each team (allies spawn in 5 seconds axis spawns in 10 seconds)
6) is there any way to change this when you capture a point?
7) How do I set a time limite (allies have 20 minutes to cap all objectives)

Ok for this question i need to explain what im doing with the map.
Heres what i want to do. Allies start in a field. And then there are 3/4 other control points. After each control point is captured i want the allies spawn to move to that control point and the axis spawn to move back to the next flag to be capped. How would I do this?

Thanks alot guys. If you could grab me on aim at KngOftheSHORTbus

1. this would be kinda hard to explain to u
here .. but its quite simple, u should know
this by now if u know how to use hammer
basic mapping ..

2. well that is up to u

3. like u make all other things, u just use
the snow texture

4. the sandbag model have different sub
groups .. u can say different models in one
model .. get HLMV and see which number
it is .. this maybe sound confusing .. can
somone else explain it ??

5. i dont know .. :) i never needed it
but i guess u can

6. - || -

7. i should know this .. but i dont ..
never needed it but i know u can
i guess its in the info_doddetect

8. use the tutorials on mardymouse
mardymouse (http://www.mardymouse.co.uk/modules.php?name=Content)

my advise to u is read alot of tutorials
we learn all life and i use tutorials too

5) use info_doddetect (set Allies/Axis respawn factor).

6) Set unique "Name" in Flag's properties. Set "Can Axis/Allies touch this point" to No for both.
Add dod_capture_area around it, in it's properties set "Target" fo flag's name. Set also other options (time, number of soldiers, etc.)

7) In info_doddetect, set "Use built in timer", add dod_round_timer entity to your map.

Look in custom wads or you can simply rip off the kalt wad (please don't)

It is a model

Just a thought by the way :D But most server set the map to be played for 30mins. I suggest 15min rounds. I know the round can be capped quicker then that but what if it's not?

Your last question looks like advancing spawns:

Might be tricky to set up for multiple flags though.

No offence monte but you can use any textures you like from DoD in your DoD maps :D

dod_kalt and dod_zalec wads have great snow textures. Get latest GCFScape to extract them from dod GCF file: http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/index.php?p=26
