i cant get my rolling respawn to work, i want it to work like it does in kampf and zafod

i have created two seperate spawn for each side, but they both want to use the 2nd one even though they arent in conrtol of the correct flag

have it set up to where when "wanted_radio" is captured one spawn starts working and the other stops, but its not working out that way
