I have a model i want to use my in my map, name tol_hanomag2.mdl. To make things clearer ill describe the model for you. It is a german half track, like the one in dod_saints. Now i want to know how do i have the back door open. In model viewer i can see other forms of the model but in hammer how do i pick the open door model, any help. Sry if my post is unclear I am a bit tired when i trped this.

if you want submodel 2 you need to add the value in "body": 1, if you want submodel 3 the value has to be 2, if you want submodel 4 the value has to be 3 and so on and so on :p

Thx quaker, i have an idea on what your talking about. On the model properties page, through edit. You click on body option. So I want submodel 2 I would type 1 in the white box. Correct?Other question, i can't see the submodel till i run the game?

yep that's correct, only the development team has some sort of secret beta of the valve hammer editor where they can see submodels but unfortunately it isn't released yet for public :(
