clipping areas

I understand that in a map there are certain areas you don't want someone to get to, like on top of a low building etc. Therefore you close that area off with a clip brush.

Now these clip brushes aren't visable in game which is fine, but when compiling and you have a clip brush that goes into another brush will this cause a Leaf Portals Saws into Leaf error? I'm leak finding on my map currently and I've got a ton of these errors, now I know that the only thing I have pushing into other brushes are these clip brushes. Do I need to make sure that the clip isn't going into everything or not?

I suggest u go back to the point in which there were no errors, i hope u still have the backup.
