dod_omaha?

Hey, I went on a server today and it's MOTD said that it had dod_omaha in the rotation. Does anybody have a link to where I can download it and if it's available, sturmbot waypoints. Thanks to any help!

Just connect to server and download the map... when it comes into rotation that is.

I don't see a file at Houston, which can mean two things.
One the old map dod_omaha can be used as is because it doesn't have compatibility problems. So get it from your old 1.3 install.
Two you have connected by accident to a 1.3b server.

U can't connect to a server running a different mod version.

with retail, i cant conect to a server with a custom map... it just sais I dont have the map :(

I can down load it online, but not when I join a server.

depends on the server has downloads enabled.

Well when you download a map make sure you unzip it first, then put all of the unzipped files in the correct locations. Or you can just wait about an hour for your computer to download the custom map.

No, I can download and install and play maps fine from the internet, its just that retail dosent let you download a map from a server, in regular does.

Oh, i never knew that, Ive never had a map not dl before I had retail. I guess its good disabled, because less lag.

No, it was a 1.0 server. Too bad, I was really hoping I could get the map.
