Quick Map question

IF yah dont know me, im an MSA junkie, and models are my thing. Not maps. And I have a question that can be answered with yes or no, even if its probably outrageously dumb to you guys.

Can a mapper rotate, scale, and position a mapmodel to his liking? Like for example, could he take the tank model, make it the size of a matchbox toy,a nd rotate it so its standing on its turret, and move so its balanced on top of a flag or something.

Yes or No?

We can rotate till our hearts content, but scaling can not be done without some HLMV time. So we can have a tank upside down on its turret, but it would have to be modelled the size of a matchbox

Using the rotate function, just like you would with a brush. Or using the dial in the properties box
