In Half-Life Model Viewer (HLMV), go find the scale fields. Open a model, and adjust the scale, go to textures (i think) and click 'save model'. go into Hammer, open the model. If its good, then keep it, if not, then go back and re-sclae.

NOTE: Hammer will only open 1 model variation. So if you open the model, then change its scale, it will STILL be shown in-game and in Hammer, as the original model. So you have to shut down Hammer and re-start. Then open up the model again.
