Kar default remodel+Dillinger's skin

Hello all, after looking for a good kar replace for the default one and not finding one i liked i said to my self hey why wont i remodel the default one? (the model itself is superb but soz devs it looks like a bloody cannon.. not a rifle). well i know how to model and stuff but im a complete n00b with all the mesh, skin, animation(soon summer vaction so i will have time to learn it).
anyway i asked Dillinger to use his r0xx0r skin and he said yes (love you man =D).
OK, everything is ready...i remodeled the kar...and i want to test my model if its the one i wanted it to be but...ERROR =\ studiomdl.exe and milkshape cant find the sequence...
well i know whats sequence more or less (some thing with the animation) but i cant seem to find it (please dont laugh im a complete n00b i just know how to put vertex's and stuff =P)
so.. what i need to do ? to create a sequence ?

You're right. Sequence smd is the animation file.

What you need to do is make sure it's there in the directory defined by the .qc file.

Put all the stuff you are using to make the model in a folder. Textures, smds, and qc. Then you should have no problem as long as the paths in the qc point to the file names in the folder.
