ive noticed a lot of the models/skins being released are using realistic textures taht dont match the washed out-ness of the dod teams models, this makes its very hard to accept new models into your collection without them looking out of place, i dotn know i just think its annoying, any comments?

why keep the default models?

Some of the default models are superb to what is out right now, IE the Garand. I've never really been a fan of my... Six? Seven of them.

Well in my opinion the default weapon models are way too large on the end and it really detracts from their hard work. The default Garand looks awfully cartoony and I adore Dillinger's reskin of the MoH Garand in the Poly/Nomad pack.

I just wish I could convert the 3.1 thompson with the 3.1 skin and v1.0 reload animation. (There ARE 3.1 tommys out there, but one has the 3.1 animations, the other is just the 3.1 skin on the 1.0 model)

Or any remodeled Thompson would be awesome. Cheeto did a good job on his 1928 Tommy but it just doesn't fit my style.
