[WIP] AVS-36 Re-origin and Weapon Selection VGUI

Hey everyone.

I re-origined Ripa and Polygon's AVS-36 to a more shoulder view, and made a weapon selection VGUI picture to go along with it. Keep in mind this is my first editing attempt, so dont be too harsh :D. I still need to ask for Ripa and Polygon's permission to release, and get a host. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

Oh my bad. I did change the name but I posted the wrong picture. Lemme fix that really quick.
