Repeating Sounds

How do I get the ambient_generic entity to keep repeating after it's finished with playign the sound? The sound i wan tto keep repeating is a fire burning sound.
Go to flags and then click "is NOT looped". thats only thing i can think of.
The ambient_generic will by default loop the sound, however, if you are using a custom sound, you have to do something to the sound to make it loop. You'll have to look for a tutorial if this is the case, because I don't know much about sound.
