Why the hell not? They're a REENACTOR group, the whole point is for people to join a group based on their interests: just because the interested persons don't "look" like those they are representing, doesn't mean they should be banned from their hobby.

I am of American decent and I would love to reenact as a German. That doesn't make me a nazi; it means I am interested in the German aspect of the war after hearing very biased opinions about the Allies. I'm not trying to be anti-american or anything, but a fresh look on things often makes the truth a lot clearer.

Personally, I like the way the German uniform looks; that would be reason enough for me to try to become one.

As for Russians, what's the difference? If they are interested, who are you to decide what they should or should not do?
