I hope many of you will have seen this thread:

http://www.dayofdefeat.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76789

In short, these forums are going to be closed and we're merging with the Steampowered forums. There is no negotiation so we just have to deal with it.

We have a replacement for the MSA forums, although it's doesn't have the same sub-structure as we do here:

http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=352

If you go through the normal forum links its under D -> Day of Defeat Source -> Custom Content.

We would like to be able to just move everything but we can't so it's a case of manually cutting-and-pasting stuff. However, it would GREATLY help us out if people who currently have open work in progress or release threads could register over there and restart/repost/continue their threads over at Steampowered.

Again, as we don't have seperate forums could we please stick to the following conventions with your thread title prefixes:

[INFO] For any post relating to useful into or news related to modding for DoD
[TUT] For tutorials you want to post.
[WIP] For threads relating to work in progress or previews.
[REQ] For threads asking for specfic models.
[REL] For posting final release/download threads.

If we get our sub-forums back it'll help us move and get everything back in place.

Restarting/posting your threads is also important for those that made map models as we have a link to them in the mappers index to help publicise them and give them exposure.

Thanks for reading, see you over there.
