Extrution - Long Curve. This is what im looking for.

From what im told, you go into "model" then go down to "poly mesh", then "extrution-long curve" should be there.

ahem, well i DON'T HAVE MODEL, thus i cant GO DOWN to poly mesh, now can i ?

im kinda upset right now, i just want to finish my model, and i cant find this CRAP !

lol omg im going crazy. someone please help me.

in a nut shell, im trying to make a band, that goes around something, i used the circle tool, made the circle go around the object, now i made another circle for the profile of the other one, this is why i need to extrude it, and so on.

Thank You.

If its anything like XSI advanced, press 1 on the keyboard to change the left hand sidebar to "Model"

1-Model
2-Animate
3-Render
4-Simulate
5-Hair

wait, modules are what ? I thought modules were just color change.

ok ok , so i went to the key mapping, and it says that one IS INFACT model toolbar, so i click that, and everything changes to that color. but still, no model tool bar comes about. what is it doing ?

UPDATE*

ok i figured it out !

IF YOU ARE USING XSI 6 MOD TOOL, YOU NEED TO GO TO PRO MODE TO USE OPTIONS LIKE MODEL.

You can go into pro mode for those tools OR you right click on the toolbar saying FILE, VIEW, EDIT and etc... and check Module Menus. OR you select a face and right click on it in the 3d window and choose from the options available.
