its the Sturmpanzer IV Brummbär Sd. Kfz. 166, self propelled howitzer

its about 425 odd polys... is that too little? too much? just right?

i also need help skinmeshing it if ya could help i'd be grateful :)

so, what do yas think?

oh yeah i plan to have an animated version so on cue it the barrel moves and the whole tank rocks back a little bit so it looks like its firing :D

can you add muzzleflashes to map models like you can with player weapon models?

Actually the mapper adds them separately by using a sprite entity.

Sorry but I cant mesh. I can get started on this maybe next week, unfortunately we are working on a huge research report, for maybe the next two weeks, but after that I'm totally free. whenever you send me it plz send the model, that way i can check out my progress(sometimes I get those 3ds thingies, and then i can't do anything with em)

Looking real nice, can't wait to see what that looks like skinned. Hopefully it'll get put to good use in a map. Also, yes you can attach a muzzleflash to be called on by the animation, but I'm gonna guess that it's better to do it with the map than the model, though I don't have any mapping experience.

i decided not to animate it first off... ill do it at a later date... basically a matter of "couldnt be "#$%^ed" atm :D
