this map is a reconversion of the cs source map de_piranesi to dod source.

its name comes form a french castle occupied by the gestapo and the waffen SS during the WW2.
All posters, carpets, pictures and flags are real, im trying to keep it like an authentic german castle in ww2.

I recognize this map from the original one for CSS. I wonder what the allied spawn point looks like? How do you explain the allies within this castle that looks like a axis headquarters....without sign of fighting or bombardment. Looks like a job for a commando team....did they insert by parachute, glider, or boat?

i would guess glider. isnt tht the same flag SLi-Woody used and got a lot of grief for using?

i didnt get that much grief just someone mentioned about it. also not sure but i believe it was used in 1.3 or similar.
i would just point out tho tht i think its a naval flag.

its a infantry division, they entered in the castle trough the door where the sherman tank is located, im trying to make that are looking like the principal entrance of the castle.

i will try to make that door destroyed thanks for the suggestion
