I know this may be a tall request, but Id like to see a model and skin thompson replacement using the 1928a1 with straight grip and stick mag.

Thats close, but Im going to try to tackle it myself, at least for the time being. Im wondering if I can slightly modify the default model. Also, I know MOH:PA has what Im looking for but I dont even know how to begin working with that.

Take Kitteh's model as a base instead of the default, then just hack on a straight mag. The only problem would be getting proper animations for it.

Yeah, the 28 has a top mounted cocking handle, Id like to animate it to reciprocate too.
