Use a func_team_wall over the doorway, and disable "use to open" in your flag list. There may be other ways but that way worked for me in sac_aim_capture.

The func_team_wall will do what you ask for. It only allows one team to pass through it. So if it covers a door that will only open on touch, and only one team can pass through it, then only one team can open and pass through the door. It will even stop the other team getting in if someone leaves the door open.

A bit like the Allies door in classic Donner.

still need help doing this if any 1 is here.
make a trigger entity inside a team_wall brush that will trigger the door to open. Only one team wiull be able to access that trigger entity which will open it.
