Info_lighting: Where do they go?

I have a few prop_static window models that are not lighting up correctly and I'm sure I need to associate them with a info_lighting. But I'm a bit confused as to where the info_lighting is to be located. Some of the models are in shadow and others are in full bright. Should the associated info_lighting be also in shadow and full bright or does it matter? Does each model need its own info_lighting or will it support multiple models?
Cheers.

The info_lighting is a mere point that is going to be used as a lighting origin for the models that are linked to it. Whatever light is cast on that point will be the light used to light the model.
So depending on your needs, you can use one for many props, or you'll need a single one for every prop you have, which doesn't matter performance wise.

So they are very dependent on location. Looks like it'll take several iteration to get them in the proper lactations.
Cheers.
