[REL] dod_rmerderet_beta2

finally after some weeks-months of hard work, i finished the first playable version of this remake of original dod 1.3 dod_merderet.

32 spawn points
spawn protection enabled
5 flags, 1 man cap
fixed river
fixed appearing and dissapearing objects
fixed leaks
new textures
new sounds when both teams capture a flag
added new skybox

note: flag language is in spanish
known bugs:
a black wall in allies second flag building

For next version of the map, i will work more on textures, make more optimization and add more details, and install a new skybox and minimap.

I noticed a huge issue with the fps. I was getting really bad spikes throughout the entire map with only 3 people in there. I would really hate to see what it's like with 32 players and gernades going off next to you.

So until the frame rates have been optimized I won't be able to host it on our server. I am really bummed about that. I would really like to have that on our rotation.

Also the window in the building on the Allies side pass that first tank is not there. In the original there was a ladder that took you up to the window. Is that going to be added on the next release?

my ideas for you, put more rubbles and destroyed things in map..its to clean.

work with areaportals to get higher fps.

Aye, it could use some roughing up and optimization. Other than that, it looks good.

yes , the brush and texture work need a update. dont make the map to fsst. take it easy and make a good map or the players dont play it!
