I am certain there is a "professional way" how to solve this problem, but here is how i solved it

go to the vis groups and hide everything beside func_detail, "Select all" and then you can see which func_detail has a displacement-face

As i said this is the noob way to find the func_detail displacement (but it worked for me ;)

That's actually as professional as you'll get.

Roke, vis groups are on the right hand side, uncheck them all except func_details

The VisGroup checkboxes are right under the Texture Group window. I've done this a couple of times, so before I compile, I always have to make sure none of my displacements are func_details.
