Title: Day of Defeat Source Escape Beta 8

Here is Beta Version (8) Map (remake) for all you Hardcore DOD Source players..

Changes:
1.) FPS - 15 to 40 (smoother performance)
2.) Orginal Gun had to be replace because models where crash when allies plant tnt.
3.) TnT (1) ea/side of Turrent (allies objective)
4.) TnT (2) Toll Bridge (axis objective)

Please note this is a BZIP2 Compressed map you must have WinRar or some under program to extract main bsp file...

Special Edition: Bring the pain! Release your affliction on this old sckool orginal map.

Target: (Axis) 2 Guns (Allies) Bridge & Sherman Tank

Spawn: 16 on each side (32 total)

Information:
1.) Bridge will be destoyed via 2 tnt plantings by Axis
2.) Added (2) mortar by allies spawn to fire by tank and outside axis spawn
3.) Auto firing for Nebel Werfer included...

i think that 2 TNT for each axis canon its excessive

and the allied tank that axis must destroyed was not on the original map, i think with that such amount of objectives in the map, it would be impossible for allies or axis winning a round.

and in some parts of the map it seems taht you are not palying in a french town, it seems that you play in a fabric and some textures does not seems very realistic.

in axis main street on the right of the map, you missed to put a sherman tank in front of the metalic door that takes acces to axis right canon.

but for the rest, the map size its well done, but the ilumination in some areas is not good, and the fog with that sun enviroment....

it could be a great map to play, continue working

Nice remake btw.
Just one problem we are having on our server when anyone trys to plant explosive it kicks people from the server/crashes server.

Dont know if anyone else is having this problem?

The next beta i am working on will fix the tnt planting... I will edit my orginal post on top to give more insight of what I did.

Think you have to change the DL-Link, cause it points to a non existing version (src5) and I found version 6 on your server!!!

Tried b5, and when the allies plant tnt on either gun, it crashes all the clients. the server doesn't crash, just all the clients.
