I need to know why everytime I try installing a map such as dod_aztec, dod_walmart, dod_pacman why it doesn't change to that map and it goes back to default anzio...please help I'm running a linux server please e-mail me rico_a_1972@hotmail.com thank you...:confused:

If you are running Mani, and there is only you, or only a few of you, it will trip a Mani setting that switches the map to one of the more popular ones.

I can't remember what the setting is at the mo, but if you are running Mani, take a look at your mani config file, it's fairly easy to find out what piece of code controls this.

thank you but the server is thru gameservers and all i do is upload it in the folder thru ftp and when it's done i restart game server and it freezes when i try to change to new map...it is linux based tho...what info you've given me is kind of over my head...please advise...

Are you using AMX admim mod? I had a similar problem playing custom maps when I used to run my old dod server.
