Ok guys, I am releasing this for you all to test and let me know what you think and if you find major bugs please post and let me know where. There are a few things i still want to do that i know of, work on 3d skybox a bit more and add a few more details. I will not be adding to much more detail because I am happy with the fps at the moment and I dont want to hurt it. Please enjoy, the name is not _beta or anything and i apologize for that, thanks again. The file is still uplaoding right now at 1 am cst, so give it 30 mins from now until u download.

Also, if you get a model error on ur fist load, retry and u shouldnt, i have no idea what the deal is with that, but it has happened to a few people

Do the allies have to capture the flags in order or is there something special about the Pub flag or hud icon?
One person in the pub doesnt trigger the hud icon to show that 1/2 is necessary .

the pub is suppose to be a standard two man cap, ill have a look if something is wrong when i get home tonight. on the overview, i started working on it last night so its unfinished, just overlook the overview, thanks

oh and no you can cap in any order, thats how the original was done, we had talked about making this one where u had to cap bridge first, but i decided not to, that could change, depends on beta test
we have reported this error in diferent servers, when people that do not have the map installed, download it from the server:
Couldn't CRC map maps/Dod_Schwetzingen.bsp, disconnecting
anyones know how to solve it?

I like how you handled the river's ends. Fits into the landscape enough to suspend disbelief.

yeah if i had more time i could knock out a killer skybox, but time is limited and i think the one i have is nice. also, all props are rendered 100% of the time in skybox, so i dont want it over loaded.

I am not seeing a whole lot of comments yet on this, is that good? how long is a map out for beta before the critics put their word in, this is my first official release here and dont know these things hehe

oh well, guess no one is testing this map or it just wont be as popular as we hoped. i really need feedback, if there arent any things to report, then i guess we are good. we had some issues on a couple of servers with a model error and some crc errors, but no one is writing these down and reporting to me so i can fix them. i tried using MAN to pack the bsp this time, please if you had problems with previous versions, try this and report the errors here if there are any, thanks. http://www.kontrolfreek.com/dod_Schwetzingen_b2.zip

to be honest, atm it is hard to fill up a server with a 45MB large map.
If you can reduce the compressed map size (bzip2 compressed) to lower then 20MB, i could imagine that your map will be more popular.

use fast download, stick the map up on a webserver, they download it in like 5 seconds

oh well, guess no one is testing this map or it just wont be as popular as we hoped.
you asked - i just gave you my personal opinion:
i need about 2min to download 45MB, and i see most people are disconnecting from our servers after ~60seconds, some already after 30sec, but most people after 60sec and more.
that s what i recognize on our servers. maybe we attract only the stock map players in the last months...
since you don t get any question to your answer, i decided to told you about our probs with large maps. if you don t see any way to reduce the file size, i can accept it - it is your map... ;)
