I edited the german model..now what?
The xsi mod tool was just updated so I tried that. I got a .mdl to .smd converter and decompiled like 5 files from the player directory belonging to the German support class. So I imported the .smd files and what appeared was a gray clay-like model. I sculpted it for a bit using the points. Now I exported it again as the .smd file(one with all the bone/tech jargon options checked, the other without) So what do I do now? Do I recompile it using the .mdl to .smd tool? Could someone take the model from me and fix it(if necessary) and see if it's usable?? I have 2 .smd files of it. I mainly decreased the model size so I do not think it would expand past the hitbox. The hitbox also was not apparent or I did not toggle it on.

You compile using StudioCompiler or another compiler with the current .qc most likely.
Could someone look at the model and see what's going on? I sort of just extracted and starting working on it. The hitbox among other things didn't even show.
removed outdated models

Ok I tried that with the tool and I get an error: Steam ID 22 and no steam app info and steam.dll missing, etc. I searched about it and it seems to be a fairly common problem with SDK, source files, etc.
So I can't put it into mdl/vtf format cause of these problems. Plus I think I edit the thing too much already. Anyways, please download the files and see if they can work.
ok i made what should be the final version. it has a stubbier, short boot with a gaiter and a more detailed jacket opening and some changes to the sleeves and shoulders.
