This is the first time ive posted here, im just testing the water to see how it goes.
Ive been working on this flag for a few days now, and have just finished it. The oak leaf design came from a ww2 site, but i thought this would make part of a great custom flag. The iron cross in the left hand corner just finishes the flag nicely. It looks great in game, sharp with nice detail. I was very pleased how this flag came out, although its not wartorn i still think it looks pretty good.

Looks pretty nice. Would be really cool if you made an objective icon to match the flag.

I would add a HINT of texture to the cloth. Just a hint, not too much.

To make it match the other ones you have, don't forget the "inner shadow" effects option in PS. However to give a better view but keep the pic small next time just crop it - don't resize it :)

Sorry guys still lots to learn, how do i create an "inner shadow" and whats/where is "effects option in PS" And what is PS? Im using Adobe 7.0

PS is "PhotoShop" ;) And to find out how to how to create an "inner shadow", just use the Help menu item in the program. It's kinda hard to explain in a forum. Maybe somebody better with words than me can explain it.

Im wondering if the icon was on a standard HUD weather you would notice the problem, the hud in the top left corner was done by COREDAMAGE http://www.fpsbanana.com/guis/4967 maybe there is a way of making these framed boxes a little bigger, i wonder how it would look no a standard hud??
