Well I was under the impression that the original Jagd was called caen for some reason.. Anyways does anyone know or have heard of any projects to remake the original Jagd? The map where you had to destroy the british tanks as german and steal the german documents as the british? I would absolutely love to see this map in DOD: Source as it was one of my favorites for the original dod.

Also does anyone remember the modified Avalanche where it was a bit bigger? I am absolutely obsessed with Avalanche but I admit I miss the modified larger version of it that is only available in dod 1.3.

Have you ever played DoD:Source's dod_jagd? I think it's brilliant.

It is missing the fetching-the-documents-from-the-crashed glider bit. Some people don't like it because of that. But those people are craven sentimentalists without a firm grip on reality. Just kiddin'.

there is a version of Jagd out there that is called something like dod_jagd_b3 or something like that. Im not sure exactly what it is, but it could be something intended to be a little more like the original.

...anywayyys I too would like to see Jagd done to the original form. It was a fun map. Thunder would be way too cool in source. My head would explode.

I made my first map based on the Jagd from dod 1.3 still in work to get some problems out and like I said it was my first 1 so I´m still working on textures and more but here´s a little vid if your intrested.
