Capt. John Miller might like this. I've started the high-power . The back isn't done and i've still got alot of detail work to do. This is my first attempt at a real gun model. Just wondering what you guys thought. What looks incorrect what needs work etc. Also ill need some help with this if it's going to be released. I can only model so i'll need a skin mesher, skin, bone assignment, animations. I know that its alot to ask from you guys but i think that it'll be a good replacement for the webley. :)

thats a decent base model, but dont you think the front sight is alittle big? Other than that its hard to tell in such a early version. I cant wait for the finished product :cool:

I made this hackjob a while ago but never finished it. The P_model is finished though. If you need any help with it jus give me a shout and I'll see what i can do.

yea i thought so too but im modelling right over a ref pic for the right propotions. I'll need to edit the trigger gaurd and such cause its too thin so i might just make it smaller even if it isn't accurate.

glad you like it. I'm working on it as sortof a break from my exam studying but it ended up taking up my study time too :D . Anyways here is an update. It's quite accurate all i need to add now is a safety and some other things. :)

looks realy nice

looks bloody good mate. Very realistic. the hammer jus needs to be made a little rounder at the end and a hole put through it (I dunno if this was true to all browning pistols but most of the ones ive seen have that type of hammer.)

Sgt. Smash. I would love to try and skin it, I might not be the greatest (?) skinner ever, but I would love to try.

Anyone can give it a go just need to get a mesh first cause i dunno how to mesh. :( (well i sorta do but it takes me a good 500 hours longer than it needs too and ends up taking 9 textures of 515x512 :D. So anyone that can skinmesh share the love :p

Ok well i've just about finished. The last pic is missing a bunch of details. I'm at school so i can't post pics. I still really need a skinner or at least someone to skinmesh it. :( I'll post the ms3d file later to entice some people into doing it. :p The proportions might be a bit off as far as thickness is conserned but hey when i post it anyone is entitled to fix it up and release as they please, so long as i get credit for the model. kthnxbai
