I am new to these forums, and I am starting my first DoD:S map. But I cannot find the deciduous tree models that have leaves on them, or many of the skybox tree models, could somebody give me a hand? Maybe tell me what folder they are located in?

I always use the search box in the model browser which usually makes it easy to find what you're looking for. With the trees though, you need to make sure you've chosen the right skin, unless you're thinking of some of the custom tree props that have been released, you can get the one's Flashy made here (http://dayofdefeat.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71807).
