hi, hl2 model viewer is driving me crazy...when i first loaded DOD:S models into i could remove the helmets under the model tab.well it seems as i go on with the program it stops doing it for each of the classes until i cant remove any helmets at all (allies that is )

all i want to do is set all models to there default values,so far i have refreshed and reset content many times, uninstalled sdk, uninstalled sdk and deleted the sourcesdk and sourcesdk_content folders and still it loads the models as i set them up previously, and the helmets dont come off.this makes texturing hair a bit tricky :p
any help would be appreciated :)

If you can't solve it by other methods you can clear out the saved settings for each model from the registry.

Open regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\hlmv and you'll find a folder for each mode HLMV has opened. Delete the folders for the models you want to reset.

I don't feel like starting a new thread and since the initial question has been answered, I'll just ask my question here. I can't find the download for hl2mv anywhere and my internet craps out whenever I try to do the search option on this forum, so could someone post a link or something please?
