i know this has proably been asked and answered
and search took me a neat question and answer page however the bit on advancing spanws is a dead link can anyone help please

my level dod_U471 has advancing /retreating spawns. Your welcome to look at it.
You cannot decompile it (protected). But you can look at the entity settings using Entspy.

I'm sure Money $hot will let you have a looksee at his advancing-retreating spawnwork in dod_twin_rivers. Well, for that matter, my own map has them, so PM me and I'll send you the VMF.

I think there are a few different ways to achieve this. The way I know how is with teleporters, which can create some bad situations if not setup right. Here is that way: http://fnfonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2987
Another way might be invaliding spawn points by turning blocks/brushs on and off?

...ya teleporters for sure (no probs). The other method causes errors.
