Dod 1.3: recent update fubared dod_wolfie?

Hey guys, have been running this map for ages with "NO" problems, and the last week it started crashing our server. I think there was some kind of update recently. Anywat we completly reinstalled it and it still crashes.

Went into SSH and the error reported this.

Host_Error: PF_precache_model_I: Model 'models/mapmodels/eric_the_pixie/etp_axis_flag_torn.mdl' failed to precache because the item count is over the 512 limit.
23:45:09 Reduce the number of brush models and/or regular models in the map to correct this.

Any Ideas why it started now? Did the last update from Valve Steam do something ?

Have you updated your amxx or added any plugins since this time?
The reason being the new amxx 1.76d and most versions above 1.01 seem to use more resources, leaving less for the game itself. Sometimes sound plugins or plugins which precache models can leave less room for the game causing these problems.

maybe valve have started pre-caching advertisments for portal on custom maps too. :eek:

I just ran this map on our server, no problems at all.

Yeh it is down to the number of plugins you use, we have to disable some on one of our servers to run big maps like wolfie, the other server we run more plugins and not big maps like wolfie or caen.
