Oh! This guy is unstoppable!

Just when you thought he can't top his last handy tool...he comes up with a another.

This Plugin allows you to make an image in Paint.Net... a FREE alternative to Photoshop (http://www.dodbits.com/downloads/random/Posts/Nems_Paint_Net_Plugin.JPG) and a little easier to use than The Gimp. with this plugin you can save as a VTF with out the need of a second process.

Made a Player icon in under 2 mins....

It's was just a very quick job but the point is it does simplify the process of making a crosshair, player icon, flag, spray... lots of stuff.

He's also updated the Photoshop plugin with a template specifically for making spray decals.
