What if someone, myself included, changed the team sprites so you could only tell if someone was on your team by their outfit... you think this would make the game too hard or better because of the realism? just wondering your thoughts on it

Not sure I get what you're saying. Are you saying to just make the team icons above players' heads disppear? So its just like 3.1 then as far as teammate identification. At least that's what I got from it.

yup thats the just of it, maybe get rid of them on the map too

They've already released replacement sprites that makes them invisible.

didnt know that. oh well.

I think I know a console command to get rid of the icons. The command is: cl_identicon 0. The default is cl_identicon 1. Hope that this helps.
