I'm getting a Garand with a bayonet on it and was gonna animate it to stab instead of use the buttswing. Anyways, I need someone to model a piece of the bayonet for me, or point me to that spiffy 3.1 Garand with bayonet model. Particularly, the piece I'm looking to be modeled is here in this pic.

Specifically, I need that little clip that the bayonet slide into, then that clip piece latches onto the bottom of the Garand. Here's a pic with arrows. My arrows are awesome I know.

I will go model hunting for ya buddy, I think I have a good idea where to find that 3.1 garand w/ bayonet. Sorry I cant model what ya want, as I have no modeling skills, but like I said- I will find that garand for ya then you can do a hackjob.

Its hard to see, but that garand has the bayo attached to the end.

If you can, watch BoB episdoes 3 & 5 as they have close up shots of troops fixing bayonets. Also there are some good pics in The Thin Red Line.

Ya that's the exact Garand model I had in mind, where's that at?

Bittles, you can find it at pokemart here (http://pokemart.dodhq.net/index.php?cat=allied&page=garand) . Its the fifth one down, and its named 'bayonet garand'.
