I think XTC (East server, usually under 100 latency) has them in rotation a lot, so you might just wanna go ingame and download from one of their servers.

fpsbanana.com has a lot. but the best way is to find a server that runs a bunch of them (i think [SS] is a good one) and write down their sv_downloadurl.

The best way of getting a map is to just googe it, you will almost always find the first link to have a download to the map. No stealing BW and its easy!
