Phong - some definate info!

I've finally finished the article I started for the Valve Developer Wiki on Phong shading and how it works.

The info within it comes direct from Jason Mitchell at Valve who had a hand in developing the shader itself and has confirmed all the info in it.

It's quite a long article but explains phong, how the shader works and all the parameters - including Fresnel ranges.

Hope it finally answers some questions! :D
