Has anyone tried Google Sketchup for prototyping?

I'm a noob mapper, but it strikes me some of you might find it useful to prototype maps - it's a program that lets you sketch .. in 3D !

Even an idiot like me can draw a house very quickly using this.... though I can't lay claim to the church, that's a pre-built model. Of which you can download other peoples' from the web.
(I'd like to suggest that anyone who makes useful DOD-related models in this, shares with the keyword of 'DOD' so we can all grab 'em :))

Really the only thing that isn't easier than Hammer is terrain creation - there's no simple method for making undulating terrain. But for just about anything else - it's a cinch!
