DOD 1.3 Flag HUD order

I lost my RMF and I only hte BSP file of the map, but I would like to rearrange the order of the flags on the HUD. What determines the order of the flags on the HUD in the bsp?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It is the point_index property of the dod_control_point class

Remember it starts at 0, not 1.
