I'm sure you could have done this yourself (google) but I had nothing better to do.

The authors name is Fray, and he appear to have the map on fps banana. I recommend p/ming him on that.

I searched via google and i found sunlite website but there was no contact information.

fpsbanana i didn't find there but i'll check now.
