If anyone wants unwraps posted or whatever just say so and ill upload them, i didnt think they are neccesary at the moment, they are pretty clean though.
For the first panel, i spent a while unwrapping it (3 - 4 hours) so it's pretty clean and has 2 material ID's, matid:1 for the panel, matid:2 for the binding's and centre peice
The second panel was made in 2 1/2 hours as a test. That model unwrap texture thing. Yeh the geoemtry is kinda plain but... lol the texturing was the main focus.

Anyway, as i said, comments welcome, just trying to improve what i got going. Ive been doing characters for the past 3 years, it's good to have a break once in a while.

[Edit] I forgot to mention, on both of these textures i did an AO (Ambient Occlusion) Pass for some nice lighting.

nice stuff!

on the last one though the first thing i thought would be to put something really bizzar like rolling hills or a meadow in that center part instead of whatever it is. I just tohught it would look errie

Yea it all looks great but I thnik that green center is going to stick out a bit. It just looks kind of out of place.

thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated. Ill see what i can do about the centre of the metal panel, but i really kinda liked the liquid i put there, perhaps ill change the colour or soemthing.

Anyway, in light of the great comments, I NEED MORE... so comment on this! be as harsh as you want, but be constructive.

If this is going to be tiled you might want to redo the black lines around the borders. It also looks strange in the upper left block because you have it bumpmapped outwards instead of bumpmapped into the concrete.

Thanks for the comments, but i was trying to make the concrete look uneven, as in when they made it they didnt level it properly. Ill go back over that bit and fix it up. im not too fussed about the state of it being tilable because there will be black borders as indents/gaps in the concrete. You are right though, the raised section of concrete doesnt look right.

thanks.
