Several new maps have thier names beginning by 3xi.

What does mean 3xi

it's the mapper's name, 3xicutor.

So i presume that we can't use 3xi for a new map ??

You can use whatever name you want, but be aware that the weirder they are the less they'll be played on servers (as an admin, if you're gonna change a map on your server, you don't want to have to type "imthecoolest_causeihavethemostwittyname" in the console to load up the map....)
