Don't play with it in clan matches, public servers that don't allow you to use it will just kick you as you join.

Well there's no real way for a server to know your using that skin unless it's pulling File Consistency, in which case anything else custom would block you out anyways...

The only difference is how you play, as you may or may not play "better" with an advantage or not. Either way, it's entirely your prefrence to use it so Aimpoint away...
