Clip or Playerclip?
I'm confused about whats the best method for clipping off all the rooftops of my map. I figured one good way to see what the Pro's do so I looked at a couple of the official maps, Flash uses clip everywhere, while Donner uses playerclip everywhere. Does it matter? I'd assume player clip allows grenades still to go through while clip blocks everything? What do you guys use?
And what about protecting spawn? you want the spawner to be able to chuck grenades out if spawn if it is being camped, but you don't want the campers to be able to throw grenades into the spawn. Is that possible just with clip and player clip on either side of the brush? Guess I could l go test it myself :)
Thanks
Lard.

i believe so. it depends on what you want to use though. if you want grenades to be able to be thrown over roofs than player clip. however, no grenades, then use clip
Put clip on rooftops that are directly facing/walling any spawn areas. As for all the others, put playerclip so people can chuck nades around strategically.

the only difference I thought was that playerclip made a wood sound when walked over and clip made a metalic sound

Not really, lol.
Playerclip only blocks the player but not any missile/bullets/grenades. Clip blocks everything.
heh sounds like I'm not the only one a little confused, thanks guys :)
