Is there a way to decompile then recompile without misalligened textures?

Well does anybody know a way.
The only way I can think of not having misalligned textures is when u compile first time with the original .3ds.
Anyone know a way?

I think i understand what your saying... because i had something of that effect happen to me. If you dont have Half life model viewer, get that, then open the model with it. You can import textures with HLMV, and then it should be realigned, then you can just save your model. If thats not what you were regarding, then sorry.

No if you import new texture it dosen't have any effect. This is what happens when I decompile then recompile the Thompson:
