Map prop: German 8cm mortar

I finally decided to remake and release my mortar prop since I've had a lot of people asking where to download it. It's an 8cm Granatwerfer 34, the most common German mortar apparently. It's around 4000 polys at lod0, down to 700 at lod3. Also in the .zip:
- 3 gib models for detonation maps (prop_physics)
- mortar shell (prop_physics)
- closed shell case (prop_physics)
- open shell case (prop static)

Once I sort out the collision mesh and finish the destroyed version in a few days, I'll post my 150mm Tbtsk gun aswell.

ACHTUNG!
If you are going to use the destroyed mortar gib models in combination with point_template (as you should be doing), you MUST check the flag "Force server-side" in the properties of each gib model. If you do NOT do this, the gib models will appear at round start, rather than wait for the point_template to spawn them.
(an explanation can be found here (http://www.dod-federation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=603))

any chance of getting a "folded" or "stowed" version?(so we can pick em up at spawn?)

Would that really be useful? Do you mean to carry it around and then drop it somewhere? I'm pretty sure that'd be pointless since it'd have to be coded as a whole new weapon, rather than it being static now and programmed in the map itself.

just so it can be carried to "mortar" sites, would hve quite a few sites that aim at different areas.......
yeah, it would be usefull to me......

I think that would also be impossible in a closed source game.

You could modify the detonation style to have mortars instead of demo charge and instead of exploding an objection it just enables that certain mortar site. I can see that working without too much inventing. It'd take a bit of good I/O work. And a good understanding of the det style.
