Ok these are custom skins made from scratch. I made 5 different kinds So you can pick the skin that fits you and Made them High-Res and Low-res if you have problems with your computer. They are very detailed skins and have very nice wood made by forral. Thanks to forral and 5hifty for inspiring me to finish this skin.

I like the dark version, but the bullet texture doesn't look too good.

Nothing like being spoilt for choice. This is excellent work. Now which one to choose, including from Shifty's release... (to remain impartial, I'm not telling :P). My only gripe is there are no world model textures. Since I rarely use the BAR, I won't be able to see the new skin much as there is no world model texture to observe on other players. Weapon releases without world model textures feel incomplete.

Please do finish the StG '44 as well, preferably with world model textures for full effect.

ya I might update it with w_models but its alot of work because I have to do a w_model for every skin lol.

At least do it for the fourth one in this picture :)

I will probably end up using the last one. To be honest I've been keeping an eye on your work and it has significantly improved. Here is my version of your MG-42 I have been using (never released cause I never asked). But I am using yours because I really can't do better. Yeah that's a compliment ;)

I added the spectral map from the default skin


I also added the proper feed rail into the feed tray cover (missing on the default skin and just about every reskin after)


And last but not least I tweaked the coloring a bit to make it looked more like real blueing


but the bottom line is this was a top-notch skin, and IMHO was better than I would have done.
