problems with alpha textures and XSI mod tool

Does anyone know how to get XSI mod tool to display the alpha channel of a texture? Atleast in the 3d window. It gets really confusing and annoying when the alpha channel just shows as black in XSI.

Please if anyone knows this please post and help me out this has been driving me crazy for some time now.
