DoD 1.3 caen hud icons question.

DoD 1.3: What would I change in the ents to get US hud flag Icons to appear, instead of brits, without having to have people download a new BSP? I've converted it to US, and have already removed the "detect_allies_country" "1", but still have brit flag hud Icons. Thanks for any help.
