Crashing at spawn

This has happend to two current WIP maps, as soon I come to spawn DODS crashes to desktop. Neither map have errors in compile, hammer or console. Is this a problem brought about by Valve and is anyone else getting this?

any chance your spawn points are touching brushes? That would be my wild guess. That's a first for me, and I haven't experienced anything even remotely comparable
